The only secret why she still looks young is "stay happy all the time". She says that "Age lang naman ang tumatanda eh", ginagawa niya ang mga bagay na nakakapagpasaya sakanya that's why she looks young and healthy. She has the right attitude on taking care of herself. Bilang isang babae, nakakahinga ang isang Ms. Eula Valdez, actually, parang she didn't look older eh, parang pabata ng pabata. Siguro, at her age naging curious na din siya sa health diet niya, and she want's to look great as always.
